This beautiful apartment, characterized by exceptional brightness and developed over two levels, faces south and offers a breathtaking view over the lake. The restoration work included partial renovation of the internal layout introducing new ceiling bulkheads, equipped with bult-in lighting, which enhances and regulates the indoor natural light. The floors were completely replaced with high-quality modern materials, bringing a modern touch while maintaining a strong coherence with the original character of the apartment.

One of the most significant aspects of the intervention involved the doors and windows, which were replaced with sliding versions, helping to make spaces even more open and fluid. Among these, a big panoramic window stands out, specifically designed to serve as a natural frame for the wonderful view of the lake and to bring the outside directly into the apartment.

The entire project, from concept to completion, as well as the supply of materials and furnishings, was managed in every detail thanks to close collaboration with the team at the architectural firm, who translated the client’s needs into innovative, high-quality solutions. Every phase of the work was handled with attention and precision, ensuring a final result that combines functionality, aesthetics, and living comfort, unleashing the unique potential of this splendid apartment.
